1. Accessing the News Feed
- Log in to the Admin Portal.
- Locate the News tab to find the News Feed.
2. Understanding the Sections of the News Feed
- The News Feed is divided into three sections:
- Templates: Where you can find or upload news templates.
- Drafts: Where you can save news communications that are not yet sent.
- Sent: Where you can view all previously sent news communications.
3. Using Templates for News Communications
- In the Templates section, select a template relevant to your news communication.
- For example, if you are addressing a water shutdown repair:
- Insert additional information such as:
- Date of the event
- Building name
- Any specific resident information
- This helps streamline the process of sending out news.
4. Reviewing Sent Communications
- Navigate to the Sent section to review all previously sent news communications.
- This allows you to keep track of what has been communicated to residents.

Key Steps
Step 1: Navigate to Template Section
- Access the template section of the news feed system.
- Choose either a pre-made template or select a blank template to create your own.
Step 2: Input Information
- Paste or type the desired information into the template.
- Format the text as needed to ensure clarity and readability.
Step 3: Select Recipients
- Click 'Next' to proceed to the recipient selection screen.
- Choose to send the news feed to:
- All residents in the organization.
- Specific buildings.
- Individual floors or specific residents on those floors.
Step 4: Review News Item
- Hit 'Next' to view an overview of your news item.
- Double-check the content and the selected recipients for accuracy.
Step 5: Save or Send
- Choose to either:
- Save as a draft to revisit later.
- Press 'Send' to finalize and dispatch the news feed.
