Viewing Lock Information in My Buildings
Step 1: Access My Buildings Tab
- Navigate to the My Buildings tab.
- Select the building you wish to view.
Step 2: View Residents and Units
- Once in the building, you will see a list of all residents and their corresponding unit numbers.
Step 3: Select the Lock to View
- Click on the specific lock you want to view.
Step 4: View Lock Information
- Click the View Info button.
- You will see details such as:
- Unit number
- Lock ID
- Master PIN
- Any visible user PINs or guest PINs.
Step 5: Identify Unpaired Locks
- If the View button is not clickable, the lock is unpaired.
- This indicates that the hardware is not communicating with the software.
Step 6: Complete the Pairing Process
- To resolve the unpaired lock issue, follow the pairing process outlined in the lock information tab on the Help Center.

- Note that battery status is monitored through app usage.
- Ensure that a resident or property management team member uses the app to unlock the door for battery life communication.
3. Viewing Lowest Battery Levels
- Navigate to the battery status tab.
- Press the arrows to sort by the lowest battery level.
4. Interpreting Battery Status Indicators
- 'NA' indicates that battery life is unavailable due to lack of communication with the lock.
- If battery level shows under 20%, replace the batteries as soon as possible.
5. Identifying Recent App Users
- The resident logged in the battery status will be the last person who used the app to unlock the door.
6. Managing Battery Replacements
- Decide whether residents or property management will handle battery replacements.
- Consider buying batteries in bulk for cost efficiency.

Key Steps
Step 1: Access User Profile
- Navigate to the My Buildings tab.
- Scroll down to find the desired user or resident.
- Click on the user or resident's profile.
Step 2: View Activities
- Once in the user profile, locate the 'Activities' section at the bottom.
- Click on 'Activities' to proceed.
Step 3: Set Date Range
- Adjust the date range to view activities from a specific period.
- You can set the date range back as far as needed.
Step 4: Load User Activities
- After setting the date range, the app will load all activities completed by the user within that timeframe.
Step 5: Review Activity Details
- Review the list of activities, which may include:
- Deals viewed
- Logins and logouts
- Access events (e.g., unlocked doors)
